customers ranging from machinery,
electronics to food and medical industries. Higher quality
products are increasingly raising from
customers. Such demand had added pressure on MFH to deliver better quality and
reliable products.
In the past, product
testing was implemented to maintain the
reliability and quality of the products
and the process. By using the
Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA)
methodology, MFH can develop better
quality and reliable product at the
early development stage.
FMEA helps to
reach customer by helping to feedback
the potential failures and recommended
corrective action for failure fixing. In
a long run, FMEA should help us for
reducing the the failure and potential
occurrence.

8D methodology would be implemented for fast
action and come up with contingency
