EPE can be fabricated into different
shapes to fit on the product. It has high level of shock
proof capability. Most of all, it is recyclable.
EPE can be extruded into
sheet form or
rod form. It is also excellent for toys, such as floating
rods.
Anti-static EPE has surface resistivity
of 109 - 1011 Ω/m2, it is
good for transportation of PCBA and static charge sensitive
components.
EPE
fabrication with carton board is ideal for LCD
TV, Monitor packaging. The carton board is used to keep the
EPE foam in place, thus easy to be packed.
